What is your policy on returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it for a full refund or exchanging it for another product, similar or not. Any product you return must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

How can I keep track of my order? 

BursaMetro gives you a fantastic opportunity to track your order by simply entering your tracking number.  Fill in the number on our Track My Order page and click the Track Order.

When will my order be delivered?

We need 1 to 3 working days to process and dispatch your order. Rest assured that we will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible! After your order is dispatched, delivery time is approximately between 10 and 20 business days, depending on your country or region.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

On orders of $30 or more, we offer free international shipping. Please keep in mind that duties and other international shipping fees are not refundable.

What happens if I don't receive my order within 15 business days of receiving the shipment notification? 

No worries - minor delays in delivery may occur due to upcoming or current holidays that are not working days for post and delivery services, for instance. Furthermore, keep in mind that customs in your country may take a long time to inspect your package.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted securely. All prices and orders are listed in US Dollars and processed in that currency. Please keep in mind, however, that we accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

When I place my order, will I get a confirmation number?

Yes, after placing an order, all customers will be given an order number.
